Terigu 100 gr
Telur 1 btr
Air 200 ml
Ovalet 1 sdm
Prambos 1 sdt
Garam sedikit saja
Pewarna makanan (optional bagi yang suka saja)
Cara:
Masukan semua bahan dalam baskom atau tempat yang digunakan untuk memixer. Aduk/Mixer semua bahan kurang lebih 15 menit sampai adonan tercampur rata/mengembang. Ambil 2 sdm adonan beri sedikit pewarna. Ambil cup kertas yang sudah ditaruh dalam cup alumunium isi dengan adonan putih 3/4 bagian saja lalu isi dengan adonan yang sudah di beri warna sedikit saja. Lakukan sampai adonan habis. Kukus dalam panci yang sudah di panaskan masukan satu per satu kukus selama kurang lebih 15 menit/matang. Untuk mengecek kematangan gunakan lidi yang bersih tusuk kue bagian tengah bila tidak ada adonan mentah yang keluar berati sudah matang. Angkat, Bolu kukus siap di sajikan.
